Why are we here
After decades of delivering projects, programmes and project portfolios in european and international companies, we decided to share our knowledge and experience with you, here at the Project Tools Lab.
We have all started fresh at some point, either being a new project manager fresh out of school, being the new PM in the company or just in need for more tools or some last-minute inspiration.
We offer you our course detailing what we believe are the KEY skills and personal attributes in a successful project manager.
We also offer you collections of core templates, guiding material, tools and techniques for delivering high quality in all your projects. Templates come in format you can edit to make it your own.
As you may understand, we live and thrive for the best ways of delivering projects. We also believe there are many attributes of a good project manager that can be applied to multiple roles. So feel free to use this to gain some extra leverage even if projects, programme or portfolio is not your key business.
